How to Brew

For herbal, caffeine-free teas:  

Step 1: Place 1-2 teabags in an empty mug 

Step 2: Pour 6-8 ounces of boiling water per tea bag in cup 

Step 3: Cover and steep 5-8 minutes  

For caffeinated, black or green teas:  

Step 3: Cover and steep 3-5 minutes
